Terms of Service

To use GIGSZY, you need to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Not share your account with anyone else
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use

You agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, bully, or discriminate against anyone
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to scam, manipulate, or exploit other users
• Bypass or interfere with platform security measures
• Spread malware, viruses, or harmful code

Basically, be a decent human being and treat others with respect. That's it! 🤝

For Freelancers:

• You receive payments after successfully completing projects
• Our platform fee is clearly disclosed before you accept any gig
• Payments are typically processed within 5-7 business days

For Clients/Hirers:

• You agree to pay the agreed-upon amount for completed work
• Platform fees are included in the price
• Payment is held in escrow until work is complete and approved

Refund Policy: Disputes are handled on a case-by-case basis. We'll work with both parties to reach a fair resolution. Chargebacks or payment disputes should be discussed with us first.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create and post. By posting on GIGSZY, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.

Our Content: All GIGSZY trademarks, logos, and branding are owned by us. Don't use them without our permission.

Work Product: When you create work for a client through GIGSZY, the client typically owns the work product (unless otherwise agreed). Make sure you're cool with this before accepting a gig!

Platform as-is: We provide GIGSZY "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee that the platform will always be perfect or error-free. We're constantly improving though!

No Warranty: We don't endorse or guarantee the quality of work or services provided by users. You're responsible for vetting clients/freelancers before working together.

Limitation of Liability: We won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of GIGSZY.

We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. We can also terminate inactive accounts. You can delete your account anytime through your settings.

Upon termination, you lose access to your account, but completed work and earned payments are yours to keep (subject to any outstanding obligations).

If you have a dispute with another user:

• Contact us first – we'll try to help resolve it
• Be respectful and provide evidence
• We reserve the right to make final decisions on disputes

For legal disputes with us, both parties agree to resolve them through binding arbitration rather than in court (unless prohibited by law).
