Welcome to GIGSZY! 🎉 These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our platform. By using GIGSZY, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, unfortunately, you can't use our platform.
We're trying to keep this as simple as possible, so let's dive in! 👇
By creating an account, accessing, or using GIGSZY, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian to supervise your use.
To use GIGSZY, you need to:
You agree NOT to:
Basically, be a decent human being and treat others with respect. That's it! 🤝
For Freelancers:
For Clients/Hirers:
Refund Policy: Disputes are handled on a case-by-case basis. We'll work with both parties to reach a fair resolution. Chargebacks or payment disputes should be discussed with us first.
Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create and post. By posting on GIGSZY, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.
Our Content: All GIGSZY trademarks, logos, and branding are owned by us. Don't use them without our permission.
Work Product: When you create work for a client through GIGSZY, the client typically owns the work product (unless otherwise agreed). Make sure you're cool with this before accepting a gig!
Platform as-is: We provide GIGSZY "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee that the platform will always be perfect or error-free. We're constantly improving though!
No Warranty: We don't endorse or guarantee the quality of work or services provided by users. You're responsible for vetting clients/freelancers before working together.
Limitation of Liability: We won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of GIGSZY.
We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. We can also terminate inactive accounts. You can delete your account anytime through your settings.
Upon termination, you lose access to your account, but completed work and earned payments are yours to keep (subject to any outstanding obligations).
We might update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to you. Your continued use of GIGSZY after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you don't agree with the changes, you can stop using the platform and delete your account.
If you have a dispute with another user:
For legal disputes with us, both parties agree to resolve them through binding arbitration rather than in court (unless prohibited by law).
